Profile

I have spent 17+ years in industrial manufacturing, leading maintenance organizations in automotive plants with 5,000+ people and 2,500+ critical assets. I am accountable for a €1.5M annual maintenance budget.

My focus is changing what maintenance is for. Instead of a reactive support unit, it becomes a source of value: asset lifecycle strategies, lower total cost of ownership, and predictive, data-driven methods that protect operations and business continuity.

I started in telecommunications engineering and moved into advanced manufacturing technology. That background is why I treat reliability, automation and technical leadership as one system.
